The Kansas Jayhawks this week leapfrogged from #6 to #2 in the nation thanks to a 75-65 win against #10 West Virginia, followed by a 76-72 victory over #3 Oklahoma. The latter game was billed as a showdown of Wooden Award Late-Season Top 20 finalist Perry Ellis, (16.6 points, 6.5 rebounds) and the Sooners’ Buddy Hield (25.6 points, 5.5 rebounds), but it was the Jayhawks’ Devonte’ Graham who led all scorers with 27 points. The Jayhawks are now 21-4, and are tied with West Virginia atop the Big 12 at 9-3. (9pm ET on ESPN)
