Freeform orders comic adaptation of Marvel’s Cloak and Dagger straight to series. The new show will follow the interracial romance between Tandy Bowen and Tyrone Johnson, who are two teenagers from different backgrounds dealing with newly acquired superpowers: Tandy can emit light daggers and Tyrone has the ability to engulf people in darkness. Ahead of it’s April 24th premiere, Game of Thrones is slowly rolling out more and more teasers and bait for all of us waiting with baited breath to find out what’s going to happen this season. Gloria Steinem, who is widely known for being a leading of the feminist movement since the late 1960s, has a new show coming to Viceland, called Woman. Much like a lot of Viceland’s content, this show will be a documentary-style series focusing on gender-based violence that occurs around the world and how it drives instability in communities. Despite his history at HBO and with Martin Scorsese, Vinyl showrunner Terrence Winter has been let go over “creative differences.” In his place, they’ve named Scott Z. Burns, who is already a feature writer on the series, as the executive producer/showrunner with Max Borenstein serving as an EP, too. Winter’s previous HBO projects included Boardwalk Empire and The Sopranos, and he partnered with Scorsese on Oscar-nominated The Wolf of Wall Street. Deadline

It may be the beginning of the end for Fox’s comedy series Cooper Barrett’s Guide To Surviving Life. While the network hasn’t announced an official cancellation of the underperforming series, it has been replaced by a Simpsons encore showing for April 24th as well as missing the following week due to the American Country Countdown Awards. If you’re a fan of Cooper Barrett, you better enjoy it while it lasts. Deadline
