IFC has greenlit two new comedy series: a new horror comedy from Dana Gould (The Simpsons) called Stan Against Evil and a Funny or Die adaptation of Brockmire starring Hank Azaria (The Simpsons, Night at The Museum. Set to premiere in the fall, Stan Against Evil centers on a disgruntled former sheriff in a small New England town forced to team up with his replacement when demons are unleashed on the town. Brockmire follows a famous MLB announcer (Azaria), who suffers a public meltdown on air after learning of his wife’s straying ways. Brockmire is expected to premiere early next year. (Deadline)

Ken Jeong has been cast to the play twin brother of Randall Park’s character on the ABC show Fresh Off The Boat. While this team-up might seem random, it’s not. Park signed on to guest star on Jeong’s ABC comedy Dr. Ken, so it was only fair for Jeong to return the favor. The episode is slated to air in May. (Deadline)

ABC late-night resident Jimmy Kimmel is in talks to host the Primetime Emmy Awards for the second time. Kimmel hosted the Emmys in 2012, which was also the last time ABC has the broadcasting rights for the awards ceremony. (Deadline)

HBO has released character posters for season six of Game of Thrones, which has caused a lot of speculation about who we will see over the course of the new season, both living and dead. (Variety)

John Legend will serve as an executive producer of A&E’s new show The Infamous. The new scripted drama is set in pre-Rodney King Los Angeles, and centers on a South Compton gangster trying to straighten up while an LAPD officer tries to tear him down. (Deadline)
