Over the past year, Sling TV has continuously added more and more movie content to our service – with no signs of stopping. Today, we launched Fandor Festival and additional STARZ channels, making Sling TV one of the best destinations for indie movies and hit blockbusters. Whether you’re a dedicated follower of the latest indie films like Fitzcarraldo or a fan of heart-stopping dramas like Déjà Vu, Sling TV now has thousands of new choices for movie night.
Fandor Festival
We’re broadening our content variety and welcoming the indie film community to Sling TV with the addition of Fandor Festival, featuring hand-picked independent films, documentaries and more. Now available in the Hollywood Extra for Sling Orange and Sling Blue customers, Fandor Festival brings more than 300 on-demand films to Sling TV, including documentaries like The Decline of the Western Civilization II: The Metal Years and comedies like The Animal Project. Featuring film festival favorites from Cannes, Sundance and SXSW, Fandor Festival has something for movie buffs who think they’ve seen it all. The Hollywood Extra add-on pack will remain $5 per month.
Additionally, Fandor Festival is giving Sling TV subscribers five movies per month, at no extra cost to the base packages of Sling Orange and Sling Blue! The selected free movies from Fandor Festival will be refreshed every month and can be found in the Movies section, under “Free Movies from Fandor.”

A few months ago, we launched the STARZ premium on Sling TV, and today, we added four more channels of OBSESSABLESM TV to the STARZ package.
