It’s the most wonderful time of the year: when snowmobiles do backflips and skiers and snowboarders spin around in the air like the Tasmanian Devil. Yes, The X Games are back for more feats of cold-weather derring-do, and we’re making it easy to watch every bit of it on Sling TV with a full schedule of events.

While several events are set for broadcast on ESPN3 – which will soon be part of Sling TV but isn’t yet – and ABC, Sling TV subscribers can use their login to watch with the WatchESPN app. Better yet, WatchESPN archives its events for a day or two, so you don’t need to miss a single 1080-degree quintuple corkscrew somersault or whatever insanity these athletes come up with.

It’s been 20 years since the first X Games took place in Rhode Island and, after all this time, the games are still growing and evolving.

Among what’s new to the competition this year in Austin are Moto X QuarterPipe and Harley-Davidson Flat-Track racing, which opens the games at 8:30pm ET Thursday on ESPN.

The X Games have even found a way to make the old new again in the form of a revitalized NASCAR legend: Hall of Famer Rusty Wallace will compete in off-road truck racing.
