Six Questions Before Game of Thrones' Season Six Premiere In Six Weeks
1. How long will Jon stay dead?
Valar Morghulis and all, but seriously: Jon Snow has to be coming back. Sure, we’ve seen his dead body several times now, confirming beyond a shadow of a doubt that Jon is in fact dead – it doesn’t mean he can’t be resurrected. The only question is how many episodes before Kit Harrington gets to stare blankly again while people tell him he still knows nothing.
2. How long will Arya stay blind?
She’s still a fighter, no question, but it’s going to be hard for Arya to cross any more names off her list until she can see again. Maybe once she repays her debt to the Many-Faced God she can get back to the business of avenging the fallen Starks. Hopefully she’ll reunite with the Hound, too.
3. When will someone finally kill Ramsay Bolton?
Ramsay Bolton really needs to die and we kinda hope it’s Sansa who gets to do the honors. Since Sophie Turner made it clear that Sansa will get through this season alive, maybe Sansa will also get to watch as her psychopath abuser suffer the wretched end he deserves.
4. When does Dany get her dragons back?
Girl needs her dragons. Bad. All that walking is unsuitable for Daenerys Stormborn of the House Targaryen, the First of Her Name, the Unburnt, Queen of Meereen, Queen of the Andals and the Rhoynar and the First Men, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Chains, and Mother of Dragons.
5. What happened to Rickon?
Rickon hasn’t been seen since Bran sent him off to Last Hearth with Osha (the wildling woman who was also Tonks in Harry Potter) way back in season three, right before the Red Wedding. But several sources suggest the pair might soon return.
6. Will the Night’s King get past the Wall?
We last saw the Night’s King stare down Jon Snow post-battle in “Hardhome” (at Hardhome) before reviving an even larger army of wights. But the season six trailer promised more screentime for this mysterious character who seems hellbent on conquering every living thing in his path.
