How to Watch NCAA Tournament Games on the Go
It’s finally March, which means before long, NCAA teams all over the country will vie for their very own fairytale ending in the most exciting basketball tournament of the year. Here’s how Sling TV customers can catch the action, including the championship game on April 4.
NCAA Conference Tournaments
NCAA Conference Tournament events start this week, and Sling TV customers will be able to see games from conferences like the ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, SEC and more. While some games will be available to all “Best of Live TV” subscribers on ESPN and ESPN2, others will require a subscription to “Sports Extra” ($5 more per month with a Best of Live TV subscription), for basketball coverage on ESPNU, SEC Network and ESPNEWS.
NCAA Tournament Games
Starting with the first four games through the championship game, Sling TV subscribers can see approximately 70 percent of the tournament match ups on TBS, truTV and TNT.
Free truTV Preview
Although truTV is usually only available through “Lifestyle Extra,” beginning March 13 through April 12, Best of Live TV customers can access a free preview of truTV, so you can catch even more of the tournament without shelling out any more dough!
In addition to carrying the first four tournament games, truTV and TNT will also show “Teamcast” feeds during the semi-finals, displaying alternate game views from different perspectives.
